(Example: extra length or extensive detangling not selected at booking will increase your total.) ⸻ 📝 Important Booking Policies • New clients or those away 8+ weeks: Must book the Fresh Start Package (relaxed or natural). • Hair length: I do not service short hair. Hair must be at least below the earlobe. • Children: Middle school age & up only. Child must be able to sit calmly. • Extra length: If hair passes your bra strap, please select the Extra Length add-on. • Service descriptions: Review before booking to ensure correct selection. • No additional guests: Please do not bring children, spouses, or friends. Space is limited. • Tangles/matting: Excessive tangles may incur an extra fee or require rescheduling. If you just removed braids, please pre-wash & detangle if there is heavy buildup. • Arrive prepared: Limited space – bring only essentials. ⸻ 🕒 Timing & Attendance • Be on time. If you are 10+ minutes late, you may need to reschedule. A $15 late fee applies. **Cancellations must be sent via text or call ONLY to: 786-810-6034 no emails.
