FOR EX: you did not choose the "extra length option or extensive detangling option" ****ALL SERVICES INCLUDE DEEP CLEANSING SHAMPOO & DEEP STEAM HAIR TREATMENT W/LEG & FOOT MASSAGER *** * IF YOU ARE A NEW CLEINT OR HAVE NOT BEEN TO ME WITHIN THE PAST 8 WEEKS, YOU WILL NEED TO SCHEDULE A "FRESH START PACKAGE" FOR EITHER RELAXED OR NATURAL HAIR. * I DO NOT SERVICE SHORT HAIR, MUST HAVE HAIR LENGTH THAT IS ATLEAST BELOW YOUR EARLOBE (SORRY). * I am only able to service children of Middle School Age & above, the Child must be able to allow servicing without yelling and screaming. There are various businesses surrounding my suite. Please prepare for the appointment and ensure hair is not extensively tangled. * IF YOUR HAIR IS VERY LONG & PAST YOUR BRA STRAP, PLEASE ADD THE "EXTRA LENGTH" OPTION TO YOUR SERVICES. * ALL SERVICES HAVE A DESCRIPTION, PLEASE REVIEW THEM TO ASSIST YOU WITH BOOKING. * Please do not bring any additional guests, spouses,children, friends etc. There is no space. No Exceptions. * Please look at the Cost of each service you choose to book to ensure you know your total balance due. * If your hair is very tangled, there is an additional fee & if it's going to be too time consuming, you will be cancelled or rescheduled. Please do not come to the salon extremely tangled or matted. Curly hair tangles badly very quickly. Prepare for your Appointment. * If you just took braids down, you must ensure that your hair does not have excessive residue from the sectioning to the degree that I can’t detangle. You may need to pre wash & detangle. Inform me first so we can plan accordingly. * Please bring the bare minimum into the salon suite, space is limited * Complimentary Water, Coffee & Tea is available. Light snacks are available. There are also items available to purchase for $1 in the facility lobby. * There are add-on options for "After Hours Servicing" & "Off Day Servicing" * Extension services require a zoom/facetime, Chat, or in person Consultation * Please be on time. I do not have as much space and cannot have my timing off. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE YOU MAY NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED. Notify me …THE LATE FEE IS $15. * YOUR CARD IS ON FILE ONCE YOU BOOK. Please provide 48 hour notice if you must cancel. Your card will be charged 100% of your service if you do not provide 48hr notice of cancel or need to reschedule. You will also be banned from booking. This is nonrefundable, nontransferable & Non disputable. * JUST PROVIDE NOTICE IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT....IT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO & I PREFER TO KEEP YOU AS A CLIENT Deposit Information: No deposit FOR MOST SERVICES, as your card is on file. ONLY VIP House Calls, Smoothing Treatments, Extensions & Cupcake N Curls Classes Require a Deposit of $100 toward your service. Your deposit is non-refundable & Non-disputable. Your deposit can be transferred for 1 reschedule. The Reschedule will need to be within 2 weeks of the original appointment. You will forfeit your deposit if you do not reschedule or cancel with 48 hours' notice.
